Our Story

The Florida Lyric Opera's mission is to present opera, musical theatre, plays, revues, and multicultural topics in more intimate performing spaces while giving opportunities to local young upcoming talent as well as more experienced professionals. The talent will work with only the finest directors and conductors in order to present the highest level of productions. We focus on smaller works and build them into high-caliber productions. At the same time, we explore new repertoire and give older repertoire a new twist.
